Three Stages of Backward Design

Stage 1—Identify Desired Results

What should students know, understand, and be able to do?

Stage 2—Determine Assessment Evidence

What will we accept as evidence of student understanding and their ability to use (transfer) their learning in new situations?

Stage 3—Plan Learning Experiences and Instruction

How will we prepare them to transfer their learning?

PD Posse is ROWVA's Professional Development Group. 10 teachers and Administration plan for each in-service. We have also developed a badge system for our staff. There is a Google Team Drive but that drive can't be shared outside of our district. I have shared a few screenshots. Please ask if you would like to see more.
