If you really want to bring about organizational change then you need to focus on the people first and to appeal their hearts, not just to their heads. Appealing to values, attitudes, and feelings first can motivate people toward making changes. I have developed a plan and learned to become a self-differentiated leader who can address the inevitable resistance to change that will occur when launching innovative digital learning initiatives.
